On Classical Dynamics of Affinely-Rigid Bodies Subject to the Kirchhoff-Love Constraints

In this article we consider the affinely-rigid body moving in the three-dimensional physical space and subject to the Kirchhoff-Love constraints, i.e., while it deforms homogeneously in the two-dimensional central plane of the body it simultaneously performs one-dimensional oscillations orthogonal to this central plane. For the polar decomposition we obtain the stationary ellipsoids as special solutions of the general, strongly nonlinear equations of motion. It is also shown that these solutions are conceptually different from those obtained earlier for the two-polar (singular value) decomposition

Hamiltonian Systems Inspired by the Schr\"odinger Equation

Described is n-level quantum system realized in the n-dimensional ''Hilbert'' space H with the scalar product G taken as a dynamical variable. The most general Lagrangian for the wave function and G is considered. Equations of motion and conservation laws are obtained. Special cases for the free evolution of the wave function with fixed G and the pure dynamics of G are calculated. The usual, first- and second-order modified Schr\"odinger equations are obtained.Comment: This is a contribution to the Proc. of the Seventh International Conference ''Symmetry in Nonlinear Mathematical Physics'' (June 24-30, 2007, Kyiv, Ukraine), published in SIGMA (Symmetry, Integrability and Geometry: Methods and Applications) at http://www.emis.de/journals/SIGMA

The professional effectiveness depends on many factors, and good verbal communication skills, as a basis for productive relationships, mutual understanding and realization of goals and objectives of professional effectiveness as a way of self-improvement, self-realization and overcoming personal crises, are of great importance. The communication skills are basic ones in forming a leader. The concept of "communication skills" in the article is defined as the ability to communicate effectively, the ability to understand what the interlocutor means and be understood by them, the ability to negotiate, achieve their goals through communication. This type of skills performs many important functions in the personal development: provides psychological comfort, allows you to organize joint activities, meets the natural human need for communication, helps to assert itself, socially realize themselves. The success of a person in life depends on the ability to communicate. The personal success depends on the communication skills. Communication skills are important both for the social realization of the individual and for psychological life satisfaction. The article substantiates the problem of developing students' communication skills. The pedagogical conditions for the development of students' communication skills, including: creation of a favorable educational environment, application of a personality-oriented approach to learning, modeling of real professional communication conditions, are identified and substantiated. Information-communicative, regulatory-communicative and affective-communicative skills are singled out. To determine the level of development of these skills, we used the method of determining communicative levels of communicative and organizational tendencies: very low, low, medium, high. The study involved 196 students and 30 teachers of the educational complex of lyceum №157 in Kyiv

Modern education is closely connected with widespread digital technologies, through which communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation can be organized. The aim and objectives of the article consist in describing the experience of real experience with cloud technologies on the example of a municipal organization (institution, establishment) “Shostka educational complex: specialized school of I-II degrees-lyceum of Shostka town council of Sumy region”. To test the effectiveness application of cloud computing technologies in the educational process of the institution, experimental work was carried out, as a result of which carried out: analysis of the possibility application of cloud computing technologies in the learning process; determination of pedagogical conditions application of cloud computing technologies in the learning process; testing the effectiveness of certain pedagogical conditions.Assessment of the possibility of using the selected technologies in education was carried out according to the results of a survey of all participants in the study. This stage made it possible to determine the main directions of  research, take into account the possible obstacles to their use.To implement the selected pedagogical conditions, guidelines for teachers on the use of these technologies in the learning process were developed, which contain a set of methods and techniques for organizing lessons, ways to implement a business game, cluster, senkan, fishbone, comparison chart, brainstorming .Organizing the educational process with the help of cloud technology is one of the priority areas of updating modern education that allows not only to improve the quality of education, but also to achieve a new level of relations between participants in the educational process at all stages of teaching. They help teachers work not only with children but also with their parents.During the transition to the new educational standards, cloud technologies contribute to forming a new digital culture of teachers and students. Their applying in the educational allows to make the educational space open.

The current conditions of socio-economic development of Ukraine make changes in the conditions of functioning of higher education. The aim of the article is to investigate the state and identify the problems of creating a favorable educational environment in institutions of higher education. The main methods used are theoretical, empirical, diagnostic, graphic. The article thoroughly researches and substantiates theoretical and methodological foundations and develops the structure of creation of favorable educational environment for professional training of future teachers of vocational training. We have identified the following generally accepted indicators of a favorable educational environment: a favorable psychological climate; content of education, technology of training; spatial environment; development opportunities. 180 teachers from Glukhiv National Pedagogical University named after Alexander Dovzhenko, Khmelnitsky National University, and State Higher Educational Institution “University of Management of Education” participated in the study. Expert assessment of indicators of a favorable educational environment was carried out by teachers through questionnaires. To diagnose the level of favorable psychological climate in the team, we used the methodology of V.V. Shampalovsky and E.G. Shelest "Diagnosis of psychological climate in a small production group". And indicators for diagnosing indicators - content of education, technology of training, spatial environment, development opportunities were investigated by created by us author's questionnaires. The indicators were evaluated on a 5-point scale

21ST CENTURY TEACHER’S TRANSVERSAL COMPETENCIES: THEORETICAL ANALYSIS

In the current situation, a significant part of the existing models of training specialists in the field of education no longer meet the conditions of the labour market. The most important pedagogical skills in the present time are significantly different from the skills that were relevant until recently. Knowledge is still important, but modern teachers also need to have transversal competencies to succeed in their professional activities. So, the research aim is to study the content of the phenomenon “transversal competences”, which will make the process of their forming more effective. To achieve the aim the scientific literature and pedagogical practice was analysed. It was found out that transversal competences are transferable and reusable skills that can be applied in a wide variety of situations and work settings. Transversal competencies are considered as 21st century skills and correlate mostly with human ability to solve problems, related to technological advances and intercultural communication. The analysis of the sources revealed the inconsistency in the use of terms denoting the studied concept and considerable diversity in defining the content of transversal competencies, as different sources distinguish different sets of skills. Based on the framework of transversal competences worked out by UNESCO the modern teacher’s transversal competencies were characterized in six domains: 1) critical and innovative thinking, 2) interpersonal skills, 3) intrapersonal skills, 4) global citizenship, 5) media and information literacy, and 6) others.
